You don't need more advice.
You've read the books. Sat through the webinars. Maybe even hired a consultant or two. And you still walk into Monday morning without a clear plan for which donors to see, what to say, and how to actually move them toward a major gift.
Or maybe you've built a major gift program already, and something is off. The pipeline feels stale. The asks aren't landing. Your board is asking questions you don't have great answers to. You're not starting from zero. You just need a fresh set of eyes and a clear path forward.
Either way, you don't need another framework. You need a strategy built specifically for your nonprofit. Your donors. Your team. Your numbers.
That's what a VIP Intensive is for.

That's exactly the kind of question we'll answer on our planning call. If a VIP Intensive isn't the right next step, I'll tell you, and we'll find the right one together.
Day 1 (August 20) is a full working day, 9am to 4pm with breaks. We dig into your data, your donor list, and your current strategy. Day 2 (August 21) is a half day, 9am to 1pm. We finalize the action plan and make sure you fly home with a usable strategy in hand.

I'll send a short list of my favorite hotels and inns in Bend once you book. Most clients stay 10 to 15 minutes from my home.
Yes. We do a 30-day follow-up call to check progress, adjust the plan, and answer questions that come up once you're back home and implementing.
Get on a planning call anyway. If a future Intensive is the right move, I'll let you know when the next one is on the calendar.
